Dear Residents, Osborne Avenue between 10th Street and 12th Street will be closed from Wednesday, January 17th through Friday, January 19th at 5:00 p.m. to allow the contractor to complete utility construction work. The previously noticed temporary closure was delayed due to inclement weather earlier in the week. Please use posted detour routes.
