REMINDER: Nebraska Avenue Northbound Lane Closure

Dear Residents & Business Owners,

The contractor will close the northbound lanes of Nebraska Avenue from Henry Avenue to Hanna Avenue beginning, Monday, September 9 at 9 a.m. until Friday, October 25 at 4 p.m. to install stormwater pipe. 

Residents, business owners and motorists will have continued access to businesses. Please follow the posted detour route on Hillsborough Avenue to 15th Street or Central Avenue.

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the utilities in Seminole Heights.

Nebraska Avenue Rolling Lane Closure

Dear Residents and Business Owners, The contractor plans to conduct a rolling lane closure on Nebraska Avenue north of Hillsborough Avenue beginning Tuesday, August 20 at 9 a.m. until Friday, September 6 at 5 p.m. The rolling lane closure will continue until the contractor reaches Nebraska Avenue & Hanna Avenue. Nebraska Avenue will remain accessible to businesses, motorists, and residents throughout this phase of construction activity. This lane closure will allow the contractor to saw cut the roadway in preparation for pipe installation. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve the utilities in Seminole Heights.
