Information Regarding Utility Flags

Dear Residents,

Please note: The contractor will conduct utility locates beginning July 1, 2024, along Louisiana Avenue from 13th Street to 15th Street. During this time, the contractor will place colored flags (which identify where utilities are located) along the construction route. We ask that you do not remove these signs as they must be maintained during construction activity.

We appreciate your cooperation during this phase of construction.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the project team at 813-580-5313.

Upcoming Lane Closure on Nebraska Avenue

Dear Residents and Business Owners, The contractor plans to conduct a rolling lane closure on Nebraska Avenue north of Hillsborough Avenue beginning Tuesday, June 25, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. for approximately three days. The contractor will initially close one northbound lane at Henry Avenue to Clifton Avenue. The rolling lane closure will continue until the contractor reaches Nebraska Avenue & Hanna Avenue. Nebraska Avenue will remain accessible to businesses, motorists, and residents throughout this phase of construction activity meaning there are no detours in place. This lane closure will allow the contractor to conduct some preliminary work before construction begins on Nebraska Avenue. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve the utilities in Seminole Heights.
