Dear Residents, Please note: The contractor will conduct utility locates beginning July 1, 2024, along Louisiana Avenue from 13th Street to 15th Street. During this time, the contractor will place colored flags (which identify where utilities are located) along the construction route. We ask that you do not remove these signs as they must be maintained during construction activity. We appreciate your cooperation during this phase of construction.
