Sandbags Available for Residents at St. Paul Lutheran

Dear Residents,

Tropical Storm Idalia is expected to impact the Tampa Bay area.

The contractor, David Nelson Construction, is providing free sandbags to residents at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 5103 N. Central Avenue. Nelson is providing the sand and the bags, but residents should bring their own shovels.

The sandbag operation will open today, August 28, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and tomorrow from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weather permitting.
