River Blvd Update On Wednesday, the contractor completed the final cleaning of the storm box, culvert and outfall structure on Crest and River Blvd. On Thursday and Friday, the contractor is installing most of the landscape at the outfall including the Bald Cypress trees which were added. On Saturday, the contractor is planning to install the paver driveway at River Blvd. & Crest. he outfall is scheduled to be painted in the next two weeks, with the handrail and installation of the pink, muhly grass to be installed against the outfall in three weeks. All work at the outfall should be completed by the end of March.
