Paving Delayed for 100 & 200 Blocks of West Crest

Nelson Construction is currently waiting for Department of Health clearance on the new watermain on the 100 and 200 blocks of West Crest Avenue before connecting homes to the new main. Homes must be connected before paving because the existing water services are very shallow and would be destroyed by paving operations.

The new watermain services were installed at the proper depth per City specifications so they are not damaged in the process of building the road.
