How to Report a Project Emergency
If you have a project emergency, such as a pipe break or flooding, please call the project hotline at (813) 580-5313. The phone line is staffed 24/7 and is the best way to ensure the emergency is handled expeditiously. If you call regarding an emergency and leave a message, the project team will call you back to verify the emergency and obtain details to expedite the response. Please answer any call you receive on your phone after you place an emergency call, as the project team may call from a number you don’t recognize.
If you have a non-emergency question or concern, you may reach the project team by calling the hotline, by email at projectinfo@seminoleheightsstormwater.com, or through the form on the website’s contact page.
Calls to the project hotline are answered during business hours by project staff and after hours by an answering service. All non-emergency calls are handled within 24 hours or the next business day. Emails are monitored during business hours only and are answered within 24 hours or the next business day.
