Handling Construction Noise After Hours

Nelson Construction is working with our subcontractors to ensure that no work occurs outside work hours (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) unless it is approved by the City and properly noticed.

If you are inconvenienced or awakened from night work that was not previously noticed by door hanger, please feel free to contact the City of Tampa Police Department at their non-emergency number, (813) 231-6130, for immediate action and to file a noise complaint.
